Three R's Early Learning Centre, [hereafter refereed to Three R's ELC,] collects personal information as a requirement of the Childcare and Early Years Act and Toronto Public Health. This requirement is encorced and monitored by the Ontario Ministry of  Education. This personal information is collected directly from an individual and can be defined by any information that could be identifying of an individual. By providing this information of yourself or on behalf of a child or minor in your care, or as an employee, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure as authorized  by law. The information collected is used to provide a safe, nurturing and optimal environment for our staff, children, caretakers, and families. No staff, person, organization without legitimate need will have access to this collected personal information. 

Three R's ELC also collects financial information for the  purpose of fee payments, wages, government remittances. This information will never be sold or disclosed to anyone not authorized by law. 

Three R's ELC retains the right to disclose given information if a law, regulation, search warrant, organization, or subpoena requires us to do so. 

You also retain the right to withdraw, limit, or restrict your consent at any time, subject to consideration of contractual or legal restrictions and Three R's ELC is given reasonable notice.
